betjee is an online betting and casino platform operated for Bangladeshi users. The platform offers sports betting, live casino, slots and various gaming services.

2.3 Account Verification

betjee may request relevant documents from the user for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

• Copy of national ID card or passport.
• Mobile number verification (OTP).
• Proof of ownership of payment method.
• Proof of address where applicable.

2.4 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with third parties. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the betjee support team must be notified immediately.

All betjee services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Opening an account or using the platform is prohibited if the age requirement of 21+ is not met.

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on betjee is ৳200. The currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. It is the user's responsibility to enter the correct amount for each transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

• Users are requested to use the same method for deposits and withdrawals.
• Transactions using third-party accounts are not permitted.
• betjee reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions.

• If a bonus is attached, withdrawal is not permitted before the wagering requirement is met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000 and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not direct cash; it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If another active bonus is present when claiming a bonus, the new bonus may be cancelled.
• betjee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Other Promotions

betjee regularly offers weekly rewards, cricket festival bonuses, Friday special offers, birthday gifts and referral rewards for members. Each promotion has separate wagering requirements and validity periods, which are stated in the promotion details.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on betjee are accepted subject to the service terms and conditions. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the platform explicitly provides that facility.

6.2 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, betjee reserves the right to cancel that bet or adjust the amount to the correct figure. In such cases, the user's original stake will be returned.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Planned or strategic betting for the purpose of exploiting bonus benefits.
• Placing opposing bets from multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage).
• Betting using automated software or bots.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical error on the platform.
• Betting using another user's account.

6.4 Match Results

7.1 betjee's Authority

betjee may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the betjee support team. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, subject to the terms and conditions being met.

11.3 Severability of Terms

If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective. Failure to enforce any clause does not mean that clause has been waived.
